1. Payment Methods
The total amount of your order includes the price of the products and delivery fees.
Available payment methods:
· Bank cards: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express
· Secure solutions: PayPlug, PayPal
· Instalment payments: 3 or 4 monthly instalments via Oney (subject to approval and possible fees). Offer reserved for individuals for purchases between €100 and €3,000. 14-day withdrawal period for credit agreements.
All cards are subject to validation by the issuing institution. In case of refusal, we will not be able to process the order. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank.
2. Delivery

A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number is sent for every order.
3. Returns and Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 working days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Conditions:
· Products must be in their original packaging, with intact labels, and in perfect condition.
· Return costs are at your expense.
Return procedure:
1. Download and complete the return form.
2. Prepare the package with the relevant products.
3. Enclose the completed form.

Once the package has been received, we will issue a refund within a maximum of 14 days, using the original payment method.
