Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively govern sales concluded via the website www.satelliteparis-boutique.com with the company SAS ART DIFFUS SATELLITE.

Article 2 – Acceptance

The customer acknowledges having read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale prior to placing any order and accepts them without reservation.

Article 3 – Products

The essential characteristics and photographs of the products are available on the website.
A 12-month commercial warranty is granted upon presentation of the invoice.
This warranty is in addition to the statutory warranties described in Article 10.

Article 4 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros including VAT, excluding delivery charges.
The company reserves the right to modify its prices, but products are invoiced at the rate in force at the time of the order.
Products remain the property of the company until full payment is received.

Article 5 – Orders

All orders are confirmed by email.
The customer may cancel an order within a maximum of 24 hours after validation.
After this period, the order is considered final and binding and can no longer be cancelled.

Article 6 – Payment

Accepted payment methods are:

  • Bank card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • American Express
  • Bancontact
  • PayPal
  • Payment in 3 or 4 instalments with Oney

All transactions are secured by Payplug.

Article 7 – Delivery

We deliver to more than 70 countries (see full list on the website).

  • Colissimo Home Delivery (72h): €7 incl. VAT in mainland France.
  • Colissimo Pickup Point (72h): €5 incl. VAT in mainland France.
  • Free delivery in mainland France for any order equal to or above €60 incl. VAT.
  • For any order under €60 incl. VAT, delivery charges apply depending on the chosen method (home delivery or pickup point).
  • FedEx International or DSV XPress: charges according to destination + possible customs duties.

A tracking number is sent by email upon shipment of the package.

Article 8 – Availability

Products are offered subject to availability.

Article 9 – Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Return costs are borne by the customer.

Conditions:

  • Product must be intact, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days maximum after receipt.

A standard withdrawal form is provided in the appendix to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Article 10 – Statutory warranties

In addition to the 12-month commercial warranty, the customer benefits from:

  • Statutory conformity warranty (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code):
    The consumer has two years from delivery to obtain conformity of the product. During this period, no proof of defect is required.
  • Statutory warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code):
    The consumer may take action within two years from discovery of the defect.

Article 11 – Mediation

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code (Articles L.612-1 et seq.), any consumer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge in order to seek an amicable resolution to a dispute with SAS ART DIFFUS SATELLITE.

After contacting our customer service at contact@satellite.fr and in the absence of a solution within 2 months, you may refer the matter to the following mediator:

Article 12 – Personal data

Customer data is collected for order processing and commercial follow-up.

  • Legal basis: contract performance, legal obligation, consent.
  • Retention period:
    • Orders: 5 years
    • Customer account: until deletion
    • Newsletters: 3 years without interaction
  • Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability.
  • Supervisory authority: CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Article 13 – Telephone solicitation

In accordance with Article L.223-2 of the Consumer Code, any consumer may freely register with the Bloctel telephone solicitation opt-out list (www.bloctel.gouv.fr).

Article 14 – Governing law and disputes

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
