You have a 12 month warranty for your jewels, debuting on the buying date, upon presentation of the invoice.Excluded from this warranty : defaults from accidents or non-authorized reparations, improper or abusive use, tampering or manipulation.In case of returns, jewels must be in perfect condition, without any signs of wear, in their original packaging with the tags on. Otherwise, no exchange, credit or refund will be possible.Article 7 – Price
The price of the products are indicated in euros, tax inclusive but excluding participation to shipping charges and transport that are indicated separately.
Art Diffus Satellite reserves the right to modify prices at any moment. Products already ordered will be invoiced on the base of the rate at the time at which each order was recorded.
The products remain the full property of Art Diffus Satellite until full payment of the order to Art Diffus Satellite.
The terms of secure payment via PayPal are available after order confirmation.
Article 8 – Order
Each order taken into account must be valid by the internet user and a reiteration of this acceptation by the internet user.
In addition, orders are considered as irrevocably issued and accepted after Art Diffus Satellite have sent by electronic mail to the internet user, an acknowledgement of reception of the order in accordance with applicable regulations.
After this confirmation, no order cancellation is possible.
Article 9 – Availability

Article 10 – Shipping and timing
Unless particular requirements are necessary specific to each product, the orders will be shipped to the address indicated at the time of order within 5 days from order confirmation sent to the internet user by Art Diffus Satellite.
All reserves concerning the delivery and the reception of products must be reported to the carrier within the statutory period.
Article 11 – Returns & withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 working days from the date of delivery, each product must be returned at the expense of the user in its original packaging. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), you will be refunded up to 14 days after receipt of your package for the amount corresponding to the returned items and their outward shipping costs, with the method of payment used when ordering. In the event of partial return of the order, the outward shipping costs will not be refunded.
Items must retain all tags and be in perfect condition.

- Enclose the completed returns form in the parcel .
