Positano mother-of-pearl medallion and mother-of-pearl cabochon jewel link chain necklace - white

This elegant chain necklace is mounted on 18 and 14 carat gold-plated jewel chain. The pendant is made with a white mother-of-pearl medallion and a gold medallion crafted by our artisans before being set with sparkling crystals and a grey mother-of-pearl cabochon. Thanks to its adjustable length, this Positano pendant necklace can be worn on the neck or longer over a top. To bring this creation to life, with its baroque, vintage style, our in-house designers delved into the extensive Satellite Paris archives for inspiration.
