Colissimo Domicile (72h)

The package is delivered without a signature. In case of absence and unavailable mailbox, the letter carrier usually drops the package at a neighbor's or at the nearest post office. You are notified by a notice of passage.

You have 15 days to retrieve the package. If you do not collect the parcel within 15 days, the parcel is automatically returned to us.

The parcel is returned to us.

A parcel number is sent by e-mail as soon as the parcel is shipped so that you can track its progress, to be found in the order details in your account.

Only in metropolitan France, Belgium, Andorra and Monaco.

Colissimo Withdrawal Point (72h)

When ordering, remember to select the desired collection point.

Once the order is validated, you will receive an e-mail and/or a text message as soon as your package arrives at the Pickup Station consignee.

The delivery of your package at the Colissimo Collection Point is done upon presentation of your ID.

You have a limited period of time in which to collect your package (10 days in the post office, 3 days in the consignee). After this period, your package will be returned to us.

Only in mainland France, Belgium, Andorra and Monaco.

FedEx International (72h)

For orders placed outside of France, Belgium, Andorra and Monaco, Fedex shipping will be available.

A tracking number will be sent to you if provided by the carrier.

2- Returns & withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 14 working days from the date of delivery, each product must be returned at the expense of the user in its original packaging. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), you will be refunded up to 14 days after receipt of your package for the amount corresponding to the returned items and their outward shipping costs, with the method of payment used when ordering. In the event of partial return of the order, the outward shipping costs will not be refunded.

Items must retain all tags and be in perfect condition.

  3. Enclose the completed return form in the parcel .
