Refund policy
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 working days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Conditions:
- Products must be in their original packaging, with tags intact and in perfect condition.
- Return shipping costs are at your expense.
Return procedure:
- Download and complete the return form.
- Prepare the parcel with the concerned products.
- Include the completed form inside the parcel.

Once the parcel has been received, we will refund you within a maximum of 14 days using the original payment method.
