Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively govern sales concluded via the website www.satelliteparis-boutique.com with SAS ART DIFFUS SATELLITE.

Article 2 – Acceptance

The customer acknowledges having read these Terms and Conditions prior to placing any order and having accepted them.

Article 3 – Products

The essential characteristics and photographs of the products are available on the website.
A 12-month commercial warranty is granted upon presentation of the invoice.
This warranty is in addition to the statutory warranties described in Article 10.

Article 4 – Prices

Prices are indicated in the various currencies available on the website, excluding shipping costs.
The company reserves the right to modify its prices; however, products are invoiced at the rate in force at the time of the order.
Products remain the property of the company until full payment has been received.

Conversion from euro: All prices displayed in other currencies are converted from euro (€). The exchange rate used may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, and currency conversion fees may apply.

Article 5 – Orders

All orders are confirmed by email.
The customer may cancel their order within a maximum period of 24 hours after validation.
After this period, the order is considered final and binding and can no longer be cancelled.

Article 6 – Payment

Accepted payment methods are:

All transactions are secured by Shopify Payments.

Article 7 – Delivery

We deliver to more than 70 countries (see full list on the website).

• Colissimo Home Delivery (72h): €7 incl. VAT in Metropolitan France.
• Colissimo Pickup Point (72h): €5 incl. VAT in Metropolitan France.
• Free delivery in Metropolitan France for any order equal to or above €60 incl. VAT.
• For any order below €60 incl. VAT, shipping fees apply depending on the chosen delivery method (home delivery or pickup point).
• DSV XPress: fees depending on destination + possible customs duties.

A tracking number is sent by email once the parcel has been dispatched.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply when you receive your order. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. As the amount of these fees cannot be predicted at the time of purchase, they are not included in the total price displayed on our website. We recommend contacting your local customs authorities for more information before placing your order.

For deliveries to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States, taxes and customs duties are included in the price. This amount is automatically calculated and added at checkout.

Article 8 – Availability

Products are offered subject to availability.

Article 9 – Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Conditions:

• Product must be intact, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
• Refund processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt.

A standard withdrawal form is available in the appendix to these Terms and Conditions.

Article 10 – Statutory Warranties

Independently of the 12-month commercial warranty, the customer benefits from:

• Statutory warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code):

The consumer has a period of two years from delivery of the goods to obtain compliance of the product. During this period, the consumer is not required to prove the existence of the conformity defect.

• Statutory warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code):

The consumer may take action within two years from the discovery of the defect.

Article 11 – Mediation

In accordance with the French Consumer Code (Articles L.612-1 et seq.), any consumer has the right to have recourse free of charge to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of a dispute with SAS ART DIFFUS SATELLITE.

Article 12 – Personal Data

Customer data is collected for order processing and commercial follow-up.

• Legal basis: performance of the contract, legal obligation, consent.
• Retention period:
  • Orders: 5 years
  • Customer account: until deletion
  • Newsletters: 3 years without interaction
• Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability.
• Supervisory authority: CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Article 13 – Telephone Solicitation

In accordance with Article L.223-2 of the French Consumer Code, any consumer may register free of charge on the telephone solicitation opposition list Bloctel (www.bloctel.gouv.fr).

Article 14 – Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
