DELIVERY
All your orders are processed by our team in our workshop and are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. We deliver to over 70 countries, including: mainland France, Belgium, Monaco, Germany, Italy, Spain, the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, China.
In mainland France, the delivery methods and rates are as follows:
- Colissimo home delivery with signature: €6.50.
- Chronopost pickup point delivery: €3.50 for any order under €60, free for purchases of €60 and above.

RETURNS
We accept returns up to 14 days after receiving your order. Returns from mainland France are free.

WARRANTY & AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Maison Satellite costume jewelry benefits from legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects, as well as a 2-year commercial guarantee covering manufacturing defects or technical defects found in the context of normal use.
Due to the delicate nature of costume jewelry (gilding, paints, lacquers, stones or settings), the warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear of the jewelry
- Damage related to improper or accidental use (impacts, deformations, lost stones)
- Exposure to water, perfumes or cosmetic products
- Repairs or modifications carried out by a third party
Any purchase made on our online store can be returned within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with our return policy.
After this period, our after-sales service carefully reviews each request. Following our assessment, we may offer the following:
- jewelry repair (preferred solution)
- exchange for an identical model if repair is impossible
- a voucher of equivalent value, with the customer's agreement
In the event of improper use of the jewelry, as described above, no compensation will be provided.
